1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups Special K cereal
In a large sauce pan, combine sugar and light corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until incorporated and then stir in the cereal. Pat the cereal mixture into a greased 9x13" pan.
These taste great and any cereal can be used. I prefer these with Special K cereal.
I was told that the reason these are called Peanut Butter Nasties is because of their persistently addictive quality.
